It’s actually pretty wild to think it’s been two full decades since Paul Rodriguez’s first signature Nike SB hit the skateboarding world. Time really does fly, and the nostalgia is heavy with this reissue. This is actually the second time this iconic shoe has been re-released. They did the same thing for the 10-year anniversary, but this 2025 drop already has a ton of buzz around it.
This 20-year anniversary drop stays true to its roots as well, with the OG white and black colorway that started it all. Clean, classic, and ready to skate as ever.
Paul’s had ten signature shoes with Nike SB now, which is pretty impressive in itself. But for a lot of skateboarders out there, that first one still holds a special place. You could argue they were straight up game-changers.

“Leave these for the actual skaters,” someone commented on the post. Adding, “Please and thanks.” Fair enough. Hit your local shop for official drop details and to see if they’ll be getting of these classic kicks.
And hey, since we’re here—shoutout to Paul Rodriguez. The dude is decades deep and still inspiring skateboarders across the world. One of the best to ever do it. No doubt.
