Skateboard graphics are rad because you never really know what to expect. Every brand has its own style—some more tasteful than others, but that’s neither here nor there—and Krooked is no exception. Gonz art is timeless and original, and season after season, Krooked finds ways to keep things fresh. Their latest Fall drop is no different. Take a look:
As we see, there’s plenty of rad new Krooked graphics rolling into skateshops right now, but the Van Wastell reissues are on a whole other level. Van was a true original—one of the best to ever step on a board—and he’ll always be deeply missed. That’s why these are more than a random re-issue… they’re a chance to celebrate the life of an epic human who left an unforgettable mark on skateboarding.
This is the first time Krooked has ever re-issued a Van Wastell board, too, which is simply just the icing on the cake.

Aside from Van’s board, Andrew Wilson’s ‘Flame’ board and the Team ‘Skull Sword’ are definitely next in line, in my opinion. Hey, it’s all rad, but the Wilson Flame is so simple… yet, something about it just grabs me. Maybe because we all used to try and draw those classic hot rod flames on our binders back in the day!? Doesn’t hurt that Andrew is one of my favorite skaters, either.
And the Skull Sword is obviously a classic play on both the old Powell graphics and Gonz/Blind’s comical reimagined versions that dropped shortly after.
Mike Anderson, Tom Knox, Bobby Worrest, Brad Cromer, Una Farrar, and Sam Narvaez all have new pro model planks as well. And the OG Krooked eyes graphic is available in some new colors along with some familiar favorites. Can’t go wrong.
