You don’t need me to tell you that the legendary Steve Caballero certainly needs no introduction—but there’s more to his story than just skateboarding. Especially these days. From music to art, motocross to mountain biking, and a little bit of everything in between, Cab continues to live his life at full speed, and it’s extremely inspiring, to say the least. Is the dude 60 or 16!?
In the latest installment of Portraits, our friends at The Platfrm takes a deep dive into where life has taken this Bones Brigader beyond the board. Press play. Get stoked.

“Although he skated in the final, farewell edition of the famed Combi Pool Party, Cab admits that he has spent much less time competing in recent years—and that’s just fine with him,” The Platfrm mentions on YouTube. “This shift has opened up room for more motocross, art, and, of course, music in his life.”

If you follow Cab on Instagram, you know first-hand how busy this dude stays. It’s a fun busy, though, so don’t get it twisted! He’s still ripping like a true professional if he’s not on tour with Urethane. He hosts weekly art nights at his house to keep the creative juices flowing. His shoe—the iconic Vans Half Cab—is selling better than it ever as, I’d imagine. And he still finds time for family, friends and his Frenchie, Oliver.
What else can we say? The dude is a certified legend.

I’m not here to spoil the episode, though. Even if you’re a mega Cab fan, there’s a little something here for everyone. Steve is a man of the people! And we’ll be fans forever. Like I said earlier—press play. Get stoked.
