Lizzie Armanto just dropped a new pro graphic with Birdhouse Skateboards, and it’s peppered with a ton of personal little undertones all throughout. Don’t let the subtle simplicity of it fool you—it’s all in the details.
Created in collaboration with UK-based artist Cassandra Frances, the artwork is clean and really looks like it was hand-painted straight onto the board (and I mean that in the best way). Personally, I love boards that show off a decent amount of the wood stain, so this thing is a straight-up banger in my book! Take a look:

Lizzie might be the only rider on Birdhouse who makes videos like this every time a new graphic drops, and honestly, I think the rest of the team should follow her lead. It’s always interesting to hear the inspiration behind board graphics, and I mean, just spend a few seconds in the comments and it’s clear others agree.

About Artist Cassandra Frances
I am a self taught painter based in the historic city of York, England. Having previously worked as a full time tattoo artist for over a decade I am influenced by this style of art but I am currently taking a break from this work to focus on painting. I am delighted to be offering the opportunity to commission pet portraits.
“Couldn’t be happier with how this graphic came out,” Lizzie wrote on Instagram. Look for it at your local shop or on birdhouseskateboards.com.
