OTW by Vans has returned with another bold collaboration, this time linking up with Satoshi Nakamoto (more on Satoshi below) to reimagine the timeless Old Skool 36 silhouette.
The kicks just dropped this morning, June 20 at 8AM (PST) on vans.com/otw and will also be available later via satoshinakamoto.cloud—because just FYI, these things are already moving at the speed of light. Can’t go wrong with the Old Skool 36! These are pretty wild. Take a look:

“Designed in collaboration with Satoshi Nakamoto—a California brand rooted in digital disruption and physical expression—the OTW by Vans X Satoshi Nakamoto Old Skool distorts legacy with a warped, dystopian edge,” Vans mentions on its site.
“With scuffs, stained edges, and makeshift ‘repairs,’ it doesn’t just nod to the future—it drags the past through it. Satoshi’s vision balances precision and chaos, where hacked-together beauty meets survivalist design. These shoes don’t arrive pristine, they tell a story out-of-the-box.”

The already worn-in look is pretty interesting to me. Sort of like buying ripped jeans, you know? Spending all that money on something that just looks old and used. (Ha!) But hey, I’m not a fashion expert, so what do I know?
And at the end of the day, that’s exactly what OTW by Vans is all about—bridging skateboarding, fashion, this, that and whatever. Say what you want, but it seems to be working.
Well, again, these are moving fast. Click here and cross your fingers to secure a pair. Otherwise, stay tuned on release dates through Satoshi Nakamoto.
