Between all the new AS-1 Pro colorways and the Louie Lopez 2, Converse has been on one this year. I was on the CONS site recently and didn’t realize how many color options of the AS-1 Pro there currently were, though. And my local shop’s shoe wall had a handful of colorways on display that were super easy on the eyes.

While I’ve only skated one pair of the AS-1 Pro, they certainly checked all the boxes. Comfort? Check. Stylish? Check. Strong and durable? Check and check. And with all these new color options, it might be time to slide my feet into another pair.
Regardless, it’s a great shoe and Alexis is an absolute legend, on and off the board. She’s done a lot for skateboarding and continues to push the culture in the right direction. All the more reason to support this ripping skater and buy her shoes.
