Here’s the full recap from the first-ever SLS Brasilia Spot Takeover:
Hate it or love it, but this is skateboarding these days. That’s skateboarding and so is that, but this is skateboarding all the same. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t love Rayssa and Felipe?
They delivered such a proper display of talent (just like every skateboarder in the contest) but it’d be pretty hard to deny the fact they earned the top spots.
They’re consistent. They’re powerful. And they know how to skate under pressure.

It’s hard to argue the fact that Brazilian skateboarders have long been in a league of their own—there’s just something in the water down there I guess.
So seeing Rayssa Leal and Felipe Gustavo standing tall on the podium at SLS Brazil 2025 isn’t exactly a shock—but don’t get it twisted, they earned it.
Check the full recap or just scrub through your favorite moments. Regardless, it was an SLS for the books. Shoutout to Rayssa and Felipe for the wins. But shoutout to all the skaters who were out there doing their thing all the same.
Skateboarding is insane these days. And it’s only getting gnarlier.
