There are so many skateboard graphics out there. Duh, I know. But some of them just stick with us and hold a special place in our hearts for whatever reason.
Different eras, different tastes, that’s hardly the point—what matters is how these decorated pieces of wood and glue make us feel when we stare at them. Zero’s red ‘BOLD’ graphic was my first “real” board, so I’m feeling super nostalgic staring at it right now. Christmas morning. Full complete. It was truly life-changing.
Anyways, I appreciate you taking that trip down memory lane with me, but the point is Zero just made a small batch of the OG red and blue BOLD graphics and they’re available now. They might not hold the same sentimental value to you, but you can’t deny how timeless and rad these boards are. Take a look:

The BOLD is one of those graphics that has a ton of room to play with, but at the same time, doesn’t. If that makes sense. It’s sort of like a don’t fix what isn’t broken kind of scenario. You can get wild with it, but there’s also nothing wrong with letting. the graphic simply live up to its name—BOLD.
Those four giant letters have made such a lasting impression on me over the years, it’s sort of a trip to actually realize it. But that’s just one small reason skateboarding rules. We’re fiends for nostalgia without even realizing it half the time, and I think it’s rad. And the graphic looks as good as it did on that fateful morning.
