The Nike SB Janoski+ is an absolute staple as far as modern day skateboarding is concerned. It’s the shoe that changed it all, depending on who you’re talking to, but personally, I’d have to agree.
We’ve seen so many rad colorways of this iconic silhouette drop since it released in 2009, and I’d say the majority of them have been bangers. In my opinion, the Pine Green colorway was no exception. Say what you want, but the Janoski+ continues to prove it’s undeniably one of the most versatile skate shoes ever made. It’s clean. Low key. And most importantly, it skates really well. I’ve skated ’em. You’ve skated ’em. C’mon! The shoes rip. But as far as Nike SB is concerned, they often get overlooked these days. Maybe this bold, yet flashy colorway will change that.

Anyways, the real story here is that color. Pine Green isn’t your everyday go-to, and that’s fair. It’s rich, quirky, but eye-catching in the best way possible. It may not be for everyone, but that’s kind of the point, right? Maybe. Maybe not. But these are definitely for anyone who isn’t afraid to stand out a bit.
We’ll keep you posted if and when they start to drop globally. But if you’re in Canada, they’re fresh for the taking. Something tells me local shops across the States will be getting these soon enough, though.
