I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again—some things just make sense, and this is one of them. IPATH made things official with Reese Barton in early May, adding him to their growing team with a post on IG, and honestly, I couldn’t think of a better addition to their growing squad.
In fact, most people probably assumed he was already on. He’s been rocking the shoes for a while, for one. And all it takes is one look at the dude to know that he’s settled in to the right home. But a photo doesn’t always carry the same weight as a proper “Welcome” part. That’s why we’re here. Press play and get stoked:

One thing I really like about Reese is that he isn’t trying to be anyone else. He skates the way he skates, and that’s exactly why this partnership works so well. There’s a natural synergy between his approach and IPATH’s roots, if you ask me. And that’s all that matters. No clout or hype. Just simple authenticity.

Every new team addition IPATH has made recently feels more like instinct than hype, if that makes sense. They’re carefully curating a team of low key rippers who all deserve a proper footwear sponsor, and it seems to be working.
In May, I had asked, “Can we expect a Welcome edit?” And I’m so stoked my question was answered. IPATH seems to be having more fun than most brands right now, and I love to see it. Welcome aboard (again), Reese. Can’t wait to see what’s in store.
