I was talking about the Navy ‘Hoban’ the other day, and even though the silhouettes are a bit different, there’s still something I really like about that bold navy shade. And the little gum hit under the white sole? Backing these hard.

The all-whites are oozing with that classic 2000s energy all the same. Those things are downright blinding, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Emerica continues to fight the almighty giants, sure, but reissues like these remind us where they come from and why they’re still here. So yeah, the nostalgia is real. But at the same time, this one’s not as much about looking back. It’s just about respecting a classic, timeless skate shoe. One that continues to get skateboarders of all ages stoked.
